Sesame Street LIVE!

As you all know, Colty is VERY enamored with Sesame Streeet these days...so when I saw Sesame Street Live was coming to Houston's Reliant Arena, I couldn't resist! So, Saturday morning we took the Light Rail (or Action Chugger, according to Colt) down to Reliant Arena for the show!

Beforehand, we played in the Play Zone...

Here we are in Big Bird's Nest!
And, Colt playing "La, la, la, la....Elmo's Song" on the piano. Boy, this kid can BELT out that tune!

And, here are Colt and Kev before the show! Colt sat through the entire thing mesmerized with the biggest smile on his face! It is absolutely amazing to see how fantasy is so REAL to kids this age - it truly is magical. Although he SOBBED at the end of the show, not understanding why it couldn't go on for eternity, he recovered and I have heard him singing "Fuzzy and Blue" and "Sunny Days..." as he plays. Truly music to my ears. Love you boy!
