Sweet Treats!

Keeping Colt busy in the afternoons after school is a lot of fun and a lot of work!! As I had expected, he needs A LOT of love and attention from mama and if we are in the house too long with Cade, he really starts acting up and getting crazy, and really so out of control wild that it is dangerous (e.g., like jumping off couches to get my attention!). Anyway, I try to do one activity with him every afternoon so he gets some one on one mama time! And, a couple of these outings have involved sweet treats - which Colt LOVES!

Our sweet, sweet friends Jenny and Bekah had us over for birthday pancakes since they weren't able to make Colt's party! Our "party" started with some tutu dancing and play in the kitchen! (And, if you notice Colt's shirt you will see one of his new favorite characters - COOKIE MONSTER!!)
Then it was on to the feast, and Colt LOVED the pancakes! Thank you Miss Jenny for making him his first pancakes! Taking the time to cook for my little one is low on the priority list these days, but he so enjoyed this special treat!
Here are the sweet tots - we also celebrated Anderson's birthday because he was two in June, too!
Then Colt couldn't resist using some of Bekah's dress up clothes!! What a PRECIOUS picture! Boy your excitement for life really brings me such an unbelievable amount of joy!! Thank you!

The next sweet treat was at TCBY!! Our playgroup met to celebrate July birthdays!! Colt LOVED the "ice cream" - little did he know it was low-fat frozen yogurt! But, who could resist 99cent Waffle Cone Wednesday! (And, I even broke down and got him two cones!)
