Going Gliding!!

Today Kevin and I picked up the baby's glider and we absolutely LOVE it! We weren't sure if getting a glider was really necessary, but one of my friends (who is extremely knowledgeable on all types of baby things) said she and her family use the glider so much. We are thrilled to have one and it is super comfy! We can't wait for all of Baby V's family and friends to sit in the glider and rock our sweet boy.

Below are pictures of the proud parents-to-be testing out the glider in the nursery. What a loving and comforting room to be in!

Also, on Thursday we made it to 35 weeks. I am starting to relax a bit about the baby's health. We are less than two weeks from being a full-term pregnancy, which is 37 weeks. He seems to be extremely healthy and moves around all the time. We have even seen his hands and/or feet poking out of my stomach. It is VERY bizarre, but it makes us realize there really is a BABY in there!!! (Which is still sometimes hard to believe.) The baby continues to pack on the pounds and mom continues to feel as good as could be expected this late in the pregnancy.

One of our last doctors appointments in on June 11, at 36 weeks. We will have one more ultrasound to check the placenta placement and the baby's health and the doctor will make the final determination if she thinks we will be able to make it to 38 weeks. I am continually amazed at how blessed we have been given the previa - God has certainly been watching over us! And another thing is for sure, Baby V is VERY well loved by so many and as each day passes we get more and more excited about meeting him! And eventually, for him to meet all of you!!
